Returns

According to Swiss law, there is no mandatory return period or right of return for online purchases once the order has been placed. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot accept returns after your order has left our facility. Exchanges

Product exchanges are possible up to 7 days from the purchase date.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received. All labels, tags, and original packaging must be intact and attached to the product.
